most downloadable packs arrive as a .zip file. double-click the file to unzip it. on Windows, you may need to right-click and select Extract All.

some resources open through Google Sheets, Canva, or another linked platform. instructions will be included where needed.

what programs do i need?

it depends on the resource.

some products use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. others use Canva, Google Sheets, or regular PDF and ZIP files.

some stuff works fine on mobile, but most files are way easier to use on a laptop or desktop.
