brand builder bundle

when do i get my order?

right away.

your downloads and access links will appear after checkout and will also be sent to your email.

how do i access my purchases later?

click the account icon and sign in using the same email you used at checkout.

Shopify will email you a quick login code. no password needed.

i didn’t get my email. what should i do?

check spam, junk, and promotions first.

still missing? email info@cela.tools with the email used at checkout and we’ll help you out.

do you offer refunds?

because the products are delivered digitally, all purchases are final.

if something is missing, broken, or not opening correctly, email us and we’ll get it fixed.

are these physical products?

nope. everything on Cela Tools is digital, so nothing gets shipped.

how do i open the files?

most downloadable packs arrive as a .zip file. double-click the file to unzip it. on Windows, you may need to right-click and select Extract All.

some resources open through Google Sheets, Canva, or another linked platform. instructions will be included where needed.

what programs do i need?

it depends on the resource.

some products use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. others use Canva, Google Sheets, or regular PDF and ZIP files.

the product page will tell you what you need.

can i use everything on my phone?

some stuff works fine on mobile, but most files are way easier to use on a laptop or desktop.

how do the bundles work?

bundles combine multiple resources for less money than buying everything separately.

pick the one that matches what you need. you don’t need the biggest option if you’re not ready for it yet.

does the course expire?

no. course products include lifetime access unless the product page says otherwise.

where should i start?

if you’re just looking around, grab the Free Clothing Brand Launch Kit.

if you’re actively planning your first drop, start with the First Drop Toolkit.

for deeper design, course, and supplier resources, check the bundles.

what’s the difference between the free kit and the First Drop Toolkit?

the free kit gives you a few useful basics.

the First Drop Toolkit is the full working setup for planning, pricing, sourcing, and launching your first drop.

how do i access the first drop toolkit?

use the same email you entered when signing up.

your welcome email will include the access link, and you can open the kit again anytime from that link.
